The emulsifier in water P3R oil is a 100% biodegradable natural emulsifier used for the realization of very emollient cream.

The emulsifier in water P3R is derived from castor oil and glycerin. 100% biodegradable, it is accepted by Ecocert.
The P3R boosts the effects of the assets. It is an ideal emulsifier for the production of very emollient and nourishing creams brilliant and commercial aspect.
Use
This emulsifier can be used in the oil phase barely warmed in your preparation or at room temperature.
Dosage: 3 to 5%
Despite the fact that we are in the presence of a "water in oil" emulsion, the oil phase does not exceed 40% of the total.
The aqueous phase is used at room temperature (distilled water, hydrosol ... and water soluble ingredients: it is recommended automatically adding xanthan gum as an additional stabilizing factor).
The two phases were mixed by stirring with a small whisk, regularly and for a few minutes.
After the preparation, add 1 to 3% of essential oil required.
The addition of a natural anti-oxidant like vitamin E tocopherol and a natural preservative such as potassium sorbate is required.
